Pressure China to back off

By the government's own admission, the Chinese incursion into Indian territory is as deep as 19km. And for all practical purposes, they continue to squat, showing complete disdain for Indian sentiment. Does anyone remember Kargil, or is institutional memory so short? The Chinese squatters aren't moving a muscle, but curiously neither are the Indians, which is very strange.
