Centre fails to clear even state Bills; 85 legislations pending for approval

The policy paralysis of UPA-2 is affecting the state governments too. Over half of the 152 bills sent by various states governments for the assent of the President in the tenure of UPA-2 remain pending and the sufferers are Congress-ruled states as well.
