Coal scam stain paints UPA black

With the multi- crore coal scam bursting in its face, the UPA government is covered with soot. Unlike the 2G spectrum scam, in which A. Raja came to be seen as the prime culprit, the taint of the coal scam has directly fallen on Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, who held the coal ministry from 2006 to 2009.
