Nothing has changed since 1997 judgment, Vineet Narain says

As the highest court in the land revisits its 1997 judgment in the 'Vineet Narain vs Union of India' case to build jurisprudence on insulating CBI from executive interference, its central protagonist, journalist and anti-corruption crusader Vineet Narain, was present in court.
