Why Food Security Bill may be a terrible idea

There was a Professor named D.C. Wadhwa at the Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune.  In 1983, he authored a book titled, “Re-promulgation of ordinances, a fraud on the Constitution of India”.  It’s not just re-promulgation. Ordinances themselves, even though permitted by the Constitution, should not normally be resorted to.
