Nitish Kumar says alliance with BJP intact

Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Thursday said his JD(U)'s alliance with the BJP was intact; a day after a section of the party leaders blamed their ally's betrayal for their candidate's defeat in the Maharajganj Lok Sabha by-election. "All the workers of the NDA worked hard in the by-election. The outcome will neither affect our alliance nor make us jittery," Nitish told reporters after his return from New Delhi.
