It is not just preposterous but also shocking that the Uttar Pradesh Government has been straining every nerve to release a bunch of persons accused of terror charges. The fact that these persons happen to belong to the minority community explains Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav's eagerness. Mr Yadav claims that he is only fulfilling the promise he had made to secure the freedom of ‘innocent Muslims' entangled in criminal cases.
