CBI nails Jindal and ex-MoS coal

In fresh embarrassment for the Congress-led UPA government, the CBI has named former Minister of State (MoS) for Coal Dasari Narayan Rao and MP Naveen Jindal as accused in the coal scam. In its 12th FIR in the case, it is alleged by the CBI that in 2008 an investment worth Rs 2.25 crore was made by one of the companies owned by Jindal to Hyderabad-based Saubhagya Media Limited owned by Rao.
