As the JD(U) prepares to walk out of the NDA, Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has not only endorsed the idea of a third or federal front but has started working on it with the TMC and BJD. Kumar, who recently had a good meeting with his Orissa counterpart Naveen Patnaik in Delhi, reportedly spoke to a close Patnaik aide Wednesday to explore the chances of such a front.
