Pressure in Jharkhand made Bihar soft target

Attack on passenger train by Maoists may not be new to this region. The Thursday's incident, however, appeared to be a case where the Maoists — who have been facing tremendous pressure in Jharkhand — preferred to turn to neighbouringBihar which has, of late, become a soft target in absence of major anti-naxal operations.
