Modi: India will stand by Uttarakhand

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday paid a glowing tribute to Dr Syama Prasad Mookerjee, exhorting citizens to fulfill the national leader’s dream of progress, development and unity for the country, and urging them to put an end to the Congress’s misgovernance. Marking the 60th Balidan Diwas of Dr Mookerjee, Modi addressed a massive rally in Pathankot, calling the Jan Sangh founder a visionary, who unified citizens across India, and exposed the ill deeds of the Congress by forming the National Democratic front.
