Cong sends 2 leaders, targets Modi

The Congress on Sunday rushed two of its senior leaders to Uttarakhand to coordinate the party's relief measures as it continued to proactively showcase its efforts in an attempt to insulate itself from the criticism being drawn by the state government. The Congress also targeted Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of "milking" the tragedy for political reasons.
