Won't allow Food Insecurity bill: Jaya

President Pranab Mukherjee on Friday gave his assent to the Food Security Ordinance, but it has run into problems as Tamil Nadu Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa declared that she will not implement it in her State and Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav renewed his opposition to the Ordinance.
