Chandy turns 'fugitive' in own State

Not many rulers in democratic systems would have gone through what Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy is facing on a daily basis these days. Forced to take circuitous routes to reach places, avoiding main roads fearing protests from people against his refusal to resign over his alleged involvement in the solar scam, Chandy has virtually become a fugitive in his own State.
