Cong looking at even split of AP

The Congress is looking at an even split of Andhra Pradesh while conceding the long-pending demand of statehood for Telangana region, by adding two districts of Rayalseema to the new state and giving the status of union territory to capital Hyderabad, a decision it is likely to announce this week.
