Cong in a fix: Andhra revolts on Telangana

With the Centre deciding to hold a meeting of the UPA coordination Committee on July 31 as precursor to announcement of Telangana in the coming weeks, Andhra Pradesh appears to be heading for a major political crisis. Congress leaders  from Seemandhra and Rayalseema are up in arms against the move and are making last-ditch efforts to keep the state united.
