15 Cong MPs threaten to vote against Bill

Fifteen Congress MPs from coastal Andhra and Rayalaseema have reportedly faxed a letter to the party high command that they would abstain from voting or vote against it when Telangana Bill is introduced in Parliament. "I am not going against the party but I have a democratic right to disagree," said Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal. Guntur MP Sambasiva Rao has put in his papers.
