Modi tells Badal he's with Sikh farmers

Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi called up his Punjab counterpart Parkash Singh Badal on Monday and assured him that his government was committed to ensuring that no injustice happens to the Sikh farmers settled in Kutch district. Modi told Badal that there is no question of sending the Sikh farmers back to Punjab. The Gujarat government has never created any such pressure on them, he said.
