AAP to play spoilsport as BJP bids to oust Congress in Delhi
The fledgling Aam Aadmi Party may not have made a big splash on Delhi's electoral scene, but it is likely to play spoilsport in the Congress' bid to fight anti-incumbency for the fourth consecutive term and the BJP's attempt to wrest power from the Congress. An India Today Group-CVoter Mood of the Nation Survey predicts between 25 and 31 seats, out of 70, for both the mainstream parties while the AAP is projected as bagging between six and 12 seats, registering 17 per cent of the vote share, if elections were to be held today. Others may bag between two and eight seats.
