PM keeps mum on missing coal allocation files

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh could not speak on the missing coal allocation files in the Rajya Sabha as agitating TDP MPs repeatedly disrupted House proceedings over the creation of Telangana. The Opposition had targeted the Prime Minister's silence on the issue and demanded that he should explain on how important files related to the coal block allocations had gone missing.
