BJP hits out at SP for 84-Kosi yatra crackdown

With the Akhilesh Yadav government going forward with its decision to clamp down on the VHP's yatra in Ayodhya, the BJP on Sunday condemned the Uttar Pradesh government's move. The BJP, while criticising the arrest of VHP president Ashok Singhal and other religious leaders, said the ruling Samajwadi Party would face the wrath of the people.
