Mulayam calls for CMs' meet to fix financial liability

The UPA’s outside supporter, Samajwadi Party on Monday expressed reservation over the present form of the Food Security Bill, claiming that it had been conceived without consultation with the Chief Ministers and that it was being pushed with polls in mind. SP chief Mulayam Singh Yadav demanded that the Bill be held back for now and a meeting of the Chief Ministers be convened first to discuss the issues concerned in detail.
