NEW DELHI: Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit believes the onus of cutting fuel consumption lies on the aam admi. "Fuel is precious, it must not be wasted. Use public transport," she counsels and insists the 700-litre a month petrol quota she and her ministers get for official use is sufficient.
