Cong MP's recommendation letter missing from coal file

Among documents missing from Coalgate files are recommendation letters written by Congress MP Vijay Darda for allocation of Bander coal block to AMR Iron and Steel Pvt Ltd that was received by the coal ministry from the Prime Minister's Office.
