Who is the chief of the Congress party in Tamil Nadu? Don't know? Don't care? Don't worry. Nor do the hundreds of thousands of voters in Tamil Nadu. It really doesn't matter because unless the Congress acts fast, it is going to be history in the coastal state that sends 39 (plus one from Pondicherry) members of Parliament (MPs) to the Lok Sabha.
