Muslim leaders upset with PM's cold response

Muslim leaders who met Prime Minister Manmohan Singh in the wake of the Muzaffarnagar riots expressed their disappointment over his "lukewarm" response while Singh indicated that the long pending bill on communal violence will be discussed afresh at the meeting of the National Integration Council on September 23.
