Congress and BJP on mission 272

The Congress has decided to tackle Modi-mania with solid rights-based campaign issues. It has decided that its election campaign will focus on what 7 or 8 main flagship programmes have achieved and what they will bring to the table. The campaign will portray the rights-based policies as pro-poor, as opposed to BJP's vision of development. It is with this end in mind that the might and muscle of the UPA is being silently diverted towards the implementation of the flagship programmes and newly-passed legislation.
