Congress may remove Uttarakhand CM Bahuguna

Congress is mulling over the removal of Vijay Bahuguna as chief minister of Uttarakhand, aiming to recalibrate the balance of power in the dissidence-ridden state unit ahead of 2014 elections. Bahuguna is seen to have come up short on performance after 18 months in power as also failed to quell the opposition from rival aspirants for the top job in Dehradun.
