Leader of Opposition in the Rajya Sabha Arun Jaitley has asked Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to set up a Commission of Inquiry headed by a sitting judge of the Supreme Court (SC) to investigate the charge of “politicisation and motivated investigation” by central agencies in cases involving BJP leaders.
