Opinion poll shows close fight in Delhi

The Bharatiya Janata Party is likely to get a clear majority in three of the four states — Chhattisgarh, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh — headed for elections this year, with a hung Assembly predicted in Delhi, according to The Sunday Guardian-CVoter opinion poll, which was conducted in the fourth week of September. The BJP could emerge as the single largest party in Delhi. There are Congress gains in Chhattisgarh and MP, mostly at the BJP's expense.
