Pranab takes aim at Pak and Singh

In yet another "torn-up- and-thrown-away" moment for the UPA government, President Pranab Mukherjee has boldly gone where Prime Minister Manmohan Singh didn't care to. or simply couldn't. Days after Singh shook hands with Pakistan Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif in New York, Mukherjee became the unlikely source of a stern message to Pakistan, saying "non-state actors do not come from heaven" but from territory under Islamabad's control.
