Amit Shah tears into 'leaderless' Congress

BJP general secretary in-charge of Uttar Pradesh Amit Shah on Thursday launched a scathing attack on the Congress and its vice-president Rahul Gandhi, saying the ruling party doesn't understand the meaning of democracy as it believes the Prime Minister's chair is the birthright of 'Pappu' - a reference to the Gandhi scion.
