As 2014 draws near Congress in disarray

As the Lok Sabha elections draw near, the Congress party is trying to get its act together in six big states which had catapulted it to power in 2004 and helped it to increase its lead in 2009. Cut to 2013, and the Congress story in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra is one of disarray.
