Open letter to Vijay Bahuguna

Dear Shri Bahuguna, Four months ago Uttarakhand was devastated by flash floods. The carriage of fury and carnage brought in its wake hundreds of thousands that were displaced, missing or dead. The brave and valiant efforts of the Indian Army, its Air Force and several other paramilitary forces battled extreme hostility to airlift thousands who were stranded in different parts of the districts of Rudraprayag, Chamoli, Uttarkashi and Pithoragarh.
