Curious case of Khemka, accused & whistleblower

The CBI on Friday launched a preliminary inquiry into a complaint by Haryana IAS officer Ashok Khemka alleging irregularities in supply of wheat seeds to Haryana Seed Development Corporation (HSDC) by National Agriculture Cooperative Marketing Federation (Nafed) and National Cooperative Consumers' Federation (NCCF).
