Blasts Mastermind is nephew of JD(U) leader

Tehsin Akhtar, the alleged mastermind of the serial blasts in Patna, is a close relative of a JD(U) leader from Bihar. The Indian Mujahideen operative’s uncle, Taki Akhtar, has been an office-bearer of the JD(U) in Samastipur district and is involved in the activities of the minority front of the ruling party of Bihar.
