Delhi's poor say no to midday meals

Parents seem reluctant to allow their children have midday meals served at the municipal and government schools in Delhi, an NGO's survey has revealed. Of the 2,000 families surveyed in last two months, the NGO found that nearly 75 per cent of them did not allow their children to eat the midday meals.
