When Patna was rocked by bombs, Shinde was rocking to Rajjo

Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde did not want to dishonour a commitment made to an old friend from his village in Solapur. And this was to attend a Sunday evening launch of 'Rajjo', a movie made on nautch girls. A few hours before the appointed hour, bombs exploded in Patna. But Shinde, who ideally should have been coordinating with the Government of Bihar, decided he must go ahead with his date.
