Uttarakhand Lokayukta Act not to be implemented: Sibal

The Union Law Minister Kapil Sibal on Tuesday announced that the Uttarakhand Lokayukta Act 2013 would not be implemented. Instead the Central and the State Governments would bring about transparent Lokpal and Lokayukta Bills to ensure corruption-free administration at the national and State levels.
