SC: Unsafe & lawless in Delhi

For a government to be slammed in public on the law and order situation is bad news. It's worse if the slamming is done by the Supreme Court. If this happens in the last lap before elections, however, it is the worst possible kind of news for a government that does not even have control of its police.
