Even as the Tamil Nadu Government has called for an urgent session of the Legislative Assembly on Tuesday to discuss India’s stand vis-à-vis the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM), some of the pro-Eelam outfits have called for a total bandh in the State for Tuesday. They demanded that there should not be any participation by India. Sources close to the AIADMK leadership said the party would get a resolution passed in the Assembly calling for India’s total boycott of the CHOGM at Colombo.
