EC slaps Rahul on the wrist, sends notice to Modi for 'khooni panja'

Even as it issued notice to BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for referring to Congress's poll symbol as "khooni panja" (murderous hand), the Election Commission (EC) on Wednesday expressed displeasure over the "tone, tenor and content" of remarks made by Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi during election rallies at Churu and Indore.
