BJP to Cong: Explain kickback revelations

The BJP Wednesday asked the Congress to explain its stand on alleged defence kickbacks and share information about recipients and utilisation, in the wake of claims by former CBI director A P Mukherjee in his recent book, Unknown Facets of Rajiv Gandhi, Jyoti Basu and Indrajit Gupta.
