Congress faces rebellion in Madhya Pradesh

The appointment of two working presidents, Gopal Singh Shekhawat and Jugal Kabra, to the Congress’ Rajasthan unit, a month before the State goes to the polls, and the nomination of Union Water Resources Minister Harish Rawat as election coordinator in Madhya Pradesh, barely two weeks before the Assembly polls there, have occasioned some comments in party circles.
