Hydraulic equipment RAIL deal returns to haunt Nitish
Alleged irregularities in the purchase of hydraulic equipment, commonly known as jacks, by the Ministry of Railways in 2002, when Nitish Kumar held the rail portfolio, has returned to haunt the Bihar Chief Minister. A Public Interest Litigation (PIL) has been filed in the Delhi High Court in the last week of October, seeking a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation into a deal to buy these equipment.
