Intern refuses to reveal name of retired judge

The three-judge panel set up by the Supreme Court, to probe allegations of sexual harassment levelled by an intern against a retired judge, faces the uphill task of deciding on a course of action that will convince the public that the higher judiciary is capable of dealing with misconduct by one of its own after the alleged victim said she did not wish to pursue legal remedies.
