'Cong thinks it's born to rule, not serve'

Launching a scathing attack on the Congress, the BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi on Saturday said the party and its leader have been fooling the people of the country for years, only in order to retain power. The Chief Minister of Gujarat said the Congress has frequently changed its names, symbols and policies but not its intentions.
