'Top CBI officer had to wait 100 days to get a laptop'

At a time when schoolchildren are being given laptops, CBI's special director needed to wait for over 100 days to get it. Moreover, purchase of a new mobile phone got an approval by the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) after passing multiple layers of scrutiny in more than three years.
