BJP bandh in Kannur as worker hacked to death

In a gruesome incident which might once again hurl Kannur, Kerala’s Marxist heartland, into the vortex of violence, CPI(M) activists hacked a BJP worker to death at Perumba near Payyannur in the district on Sunday. Two BJP workers were admitted to two different hospitals with serious injuries suffered in the Marxist attack.
