Congress gameplan is Rayala-Telangana

The Centre may add Rayalaseema districts of Anantapur and Kurnool to Telangana to enhance political gains for Congress in next year's general elections. If the plan goes through, the new state will be called Rayala-Telangana and have 21 Lok Sabha constituencies and 147 assembly seats, the same as Seemandhra.
